Without being restricted by the 100m (328ft.) limit for Ethernet cables, Axis network products can be installed at greater distances. Simply connect AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit in-line with the CAT5e or CAT6 cable and power and data are forwarded to your Axis network devices. Going the distance By using a single AXIS Long range PoE Extender kit, a connection can be achieved between 200-1000 meters (656-3280 ft.).
